During the RealSource Annual Meeting, the group organized a food drive to collect items that could be used in creating Thanksgiving meals for those struggling in the area. RealSource asked every member attending the annual meeting to bring at least one non-perishable Thanksgiving food item or gift card for the drive. RealSource Realtors® donated more than 25 bags of Thanksgiving food items, along with $115 cash and $45 in gift cards, which were delivered by the group to the center.

Thirteen members of the network's committee then packaged 870 prepared Thanksgiving Day meals, which were picked up or delivered to local families.
